I am a Disabled Businesswoman, Equality Campaigner, Prolific Volunteer and Charitable Worker; Author, Actor, Media Presenter, Inspirational Speaker and Artist with the world renowned, Mouth & Foot Painting Artists.
I literally paint with a paintbrush in my mouth, using watercolour, acrylic, ink, and oil paints. All of my artwork is bright, bold and colourful. I am a self-taught artist, and my most favourite things to paint are head and shoulders portraits.
I am also interested in the performing arts, I have worked with disabled and non-disabled, professional and amateur performers. Some of the performances I have been involved with are ‘The ‘D' Monologues’ for Kaite O’Reilly, the 'Birds' with DAC, ‘Three Ladies on a Bench with DAC and Sherrall Morris. With my most recent acting foray in “The Cardiff Tapes” performed at Chapter Arts Centre, with the Everyman Theatre. I am also a freelance television and radio presenter. With regular appearances on BBC Radio Wales, I was commissioned by them to present programmes called 'Rosie's World’.
With regards to literature, I have published 'Four Fingers and Thirteen Toes' my autobiography interspersed with a definitive factual history of the drug Thalidomide, from its early years of manufacture in Nazi Germany, and then into the new millennium. I have also contributed to five other books.
