2pm, 4 September, online via Zoom.
On Wednesday, September 4th the National Library of Wales Screen and Sound Archive will be hosting an online workshop about archive film.
The workshop will be focused on the subjects of accessibility and representation, and is aimed particularly at Deaf and disabled participants.
In this workshop you’ll hear about the Screen and Sound Archive of Wales, see film clips from the archive and have a chance to share your experiences of archives and accessibility.
The workshop is part of a project, called “Cymru Anabl” (“Disabled Wales”) and is supported by BFI National Lottery screen heritage funding. It’s hosted by Nia and Iola, who work at the Screen and Sound Archive.
The workshop will take place online via Zoom. It will last 2.5 hours, with comfort breaks. There will be BSL interpretation by Cathryn McShane and Robyn Harris, and auto-captions.
