BEYOND / TU HWNT and CLING FILM in-person launch event

We hope you can join us at The Riverfront in Newport on Thursday 10 April 2025 from 6pm to celebrate the publication of Cling Film by Bethany Handley and Beyond / Tu Hwnt, a bilingual anthology of Welsh Deaf and Disabled writers. The event is free and everyone is welcome.

As well as readings by Bethany and contributors to Beyond / Tu Hwnt, Lucent Dreaming will host a Q&A with the editors of the anthology.

The Riverfront is an accessible venue. This will be a relaxed event with regular scheduled breaks. Cathryn McShane-Kouyaté will be providing BSL/Welsh/English interpretation during the event.

A selection of soft drinks will be available on arrival and guests will also be able to buy refreshments from the café. Copies of Cling Film and Beyond / Tu Hwnt will also be for sale on the night.
