Adieu, Farewell, Hwyl Fawr...

As I depart as DAC’s Director I want to express my heartfelt thanks for all the support and kindness I have experience during the last 3 years and 3 months. It has been the most rewarding experience of my work life and I am so proud to have ended my career in your service. I wish DAC every success going forward with Owain Gwilym now leading as Executive Director and that the Trustees and staff team continues to grow from strength to strength in these challenging times.

I am grateful for the many rich interactions and connections with the DAC members during this short time of journeying alongside them. I have been honoured and pleased to witness each one’s growth and continued development with their arts practice. I am so proud how many national and local organisations have aligned with DAC as associate members, and thrilled as to how they are working towards truly embedding inclusion within its services. What a force within Wales DAC is and will continue to be. I will continue from this point on as a DAC member and look forward to being involved in that capacity.

Diolch o galon for all your acceptance and support.

Love
Ruth Fabby
